Your celebration contains personal moments. We design the product to treat them that way.

Information we collect

Mehfilia may store account details, invitation content, event information, uploaded media, payment status, and guest responses required to provide the service.

Payments

Secure checkout is handled by Ziina. Mehfilia stores purchase identifiers, amount, currency, status, region, and related technical events, but does not receive or store full card details.

Analytics and site performance

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand visits, popular pages, traffic sources, and how quickly pages load for visitors. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. We may also record selected actions, such as signups and purchases, without sending names, email addresses, payment IDs, invitation IDs, or invitation content. We do not use session replay. Query parameters and unique invitation links are removed from analytics URLs before they are sent.

How information is used

Information is used to create and deliver invitations, operate accounts, process purchases, collect requested replies, provide support, prevent misuse, understand product performance, and improve the experience. We do not sell personal information.

Public invitation links

Published invitations are accessible to people who receive their link. Customers control publishing, and should only include details appropriate for invited guests.

Security and access

Customer data is protected with account-based access and database row-level security. Payment and service credentials remain server-side.
