✦Mehfilia policies

Terms

These terms describe the initial paid Mehfilia invitation service.

The service

Mehfilia provides tools for creating, publishing, and managing digital invitation websites and guest responses.

Your content

You remain responsible for event details, media, and messages you upload, including the right to use that content.

Guest information

Guest responses may only be used for the related celebration. Customers must handle exported information responsibly.

Availability

We work to keep invitations reliably available, but maintenance, provider outages, and events outside our control may occasionally affect access.

Payments and pricing

The exact one-time amount is shown before you leave Mehfilia for secure Ziina checkout. A completed payment provides one invitation credit, which is consumed when its invitation is created.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed according to the status of the invitation and services already delivered. Contact us promptly if a payment was made in error.
